Lord Hawkins Ltd operates as an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of its director’s current employer.

The director’s employment responsibilities remain separate from the activities of Lord Hawkins Ltd. The company does not use confidential information, documentation, systems, resources or business contacts obtained through the director’s employment.

All prospective engagements are subject to a conflict-of-interest and contractual-compliance review before acceptance. Lord Hawkins Ltd will not accept an instruction where doing so would:

• conflict with the director’s existing professional or contractual obligations;

• involve competition that is prohibited by those obligations;

• compromise confidential or commercially sensitive information;

• impair professional independence or impartiality; or

• create an actual or reasonably perceived conflict of interest that cannot be appropriately managed.

Where a potential conflict is identified, no instruction will be accepted unless the position has been satisfactorily resolved and any necessary consent has been obtained.

These safeguards are maintained to protect clients, employers and other interested parties, preserve confidentiality and ensure that all services undertaken by Lord Hawkins Ltd are delivered independently, professionally and transparently.
